Philip Willox

Phil draws on a wealth of experience in all aspects of health and safety, incident response, and workplace relations to advise and assist companies to comply with their health and safety obligations and to manage the range of issues that arise following HSE incidents. When not assisting clients to manage serious incidents and various workplace dispute issues, Phil can be found chilling out at home enjoying his wife’s cooking with his 4 daughters, hanging out in Mandurah, or planning his next ski trip.

Dan Kynaston

Dan has advised on safety issues for a range of public and private sector clients for over 15 years, including working with employers and their insurers in relation to injury claims, coronial inquests, compliance issues and work health and safety prosecutions. He has assisted clients in responding to investigations by Worksafe ACT and Comcare (the Federal Government regulator) in relation to alleged breaches of work health and safety laws, and has advised on related issues of work system improvement and risk minimisation. When work safety issues are not occupying his time, Dan likes to spend time with his wife and three children, getting white line fever on the basketball court on Wednesday nights and coaching an overachieving under 14 boys basketball team.

Murray Kellock

Murray advises on all aspects of occupational health and safety including assisting clients with the on-going OHS harmonisation, legal compliance audits, OHS due diligence, OHS legal obligations training and OHS and incident management and legal compliance tools. He has been involved in a number of fatalities and responding to the ensuing regulatory investigations and prosecutions. Murray also has a strong practice in employment and industrial relations law. In his spare time, Murray’s hands are full (and his credit card always maxed out) in looking after his two teenage daughters, Georgie and Min. Murray seeks solace in tending to his community garden veg plot and cooking.

Andrew Gray

Andrew Gray works closely with his clients to help them through their most difficult safety experiences. He has assisted clients in the aftermath of major incidents including the Pike River Mine explosion, the Waterfall train derailment and other incidents where workers have been injured or killed. He assists his clients from the time the incident is reported and beyond through the regulatory investigation and prosecution. Through his depth of experience in these situations he can guide clients through the difficult and emotional circumstances that follow a major safety incident and investigation and manage the array of legal and reputational issues that arise. He has also works closely with safety experts and boards of several major companies to ensure they have effective safety management systems in place and their officers are discharging their due diligence obligations. When he is not out responding to WorkCover investigations Andrew loves spending time with his wife and two year old daughter and making sure she is wearing adequate PPE whilst scooter riding. For enjoyment he likes to follow the horse racing (mainly the lawn party activities) and snow skiing in a very zero harm way.
